Moody Me - Mood Diary and Tracker App


Moody Me lets you track your mood to find out what makes you feel good. You can log your mood, note what affects it, and record any treatments you’re taking. Take pictures of what makes you happy and play them back for an instant lift. Or see what makes you sad so you can better manage your mood.

Moody Me allows you to easily track your mood in a fun and interactive way. You can add as much detail as you like by recording events (such as work stress, financial or relationship issues, or menstrual cycles), various symptoms (like anxiety or fatigue), and any treatments you may be taking (including medications) to see exactly what affects your mood.

With Moody Me, you can look at your data on a daily or monthly basis, view frequency of moods, or browse your photos by mood to see what triggers different moods. With these different perspectives, you can look at the big picture to detect patterns in your mood and understand the factors that create them.
